Penny Beale - Penny is a dedicated sportswoman, along with her strength training she currently practises capoeira, rock climbing and various forms of dance. This collaboration of activities brings to her a greater understanding of performance, human function and physical possibility.
She has taught dance in both The US and in New Zealand, has gained experience from training in body building and has worked in the fitness industry as a trainer for over four years.
Penny also educates personal trainers who desire to become among the best in the industry.
Along with her physical training, Penny works as a success coach, helping people to overcome their mental barriers to achieving their desired outcomes or to view situations from different and more resourceful angles.
Her clients range from pre and post natal woman, corporate business women and men to professional dancers and recreational athletes. She ensures her training is always challenging, full of variety, progressive, results focused and fun.
