I have worked with Penny for almost 18 months. My goal was improve my fitness so that I could keep up with my young son. She has helped me dramatically improve my strength, toning and endurance through a combination of weightlifting and flexibility training. She is a wonderful motivator and is constantly revising our program to keep it interesting and challenging. I have never had as much fun going to the gym.

When I first started training with Penny I had only just recovered from 6 years of severe anorexia during which I had lost almost all my muscle mass. Penny immediately understood my objectives and worked with me to achieve results from week to week (and I did!). But more than that, Penny understood me.
