Injury prevention and fast recovery from injury
Injury is what prevents you from doing what you thrive on, so decreasing the likelihood of getting one is probably very high on your list of priorities. Your training will be based on the conditions & variables of your sport, the required movements, joint sequences and way your muscles work during your function.
All assessments are taken place during movement so we can see how your body reacts with gravity, ground reaction and momentum.
If you do happen to pick up an injury we want you back in your arena ASAP, the best way to do this is by ‘active rest and recovery’ which builds strength back into your body and minimises compensation. If need be we also have the best physiotherapists and body practitioners on hand to refer you to.
